Food and Drugs Act and Regulations Departmental Consolidation |
| September 3, 2008: Food Directorate, Health Canada, has announced
that the consolidated version of the Food and Drugs Act and Regulations
Departmental Consolidation will no longer be published or distributed in
its paper format. This decision was made because of budgetary and human
resource constraints. The Act and its Regulations are available to download in PDF format at no charge from the Department of Justice's website: http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/F-27/index.html. Future changes to the legislation will be posted on that site. |
