| Federal Courts Reports is the
official, bilingual series published under authority of the Federal Court Act.
The Reports are published in four volumes per year. The series includes only
those cases chosen for their importance as precedents by the Editor, assisted
by an Advisory Committee. Cases chosen for full text reporting are subjected to
thorough scrutiny and the version of reasons for judgment published in the
Federal Courts Reports incorporate judicially approved corrections which
may not be found in other reports. Federal Court Reportsis a primary
source for the key decisions of Canada’s second highest court. You can
subscribe by way of a standing order or you can purchase individual parts.
