Furthermore, an expanded version of McCarthy Tetrault's Guide to the Family Law Courts in the Toronto Area is included, which spells out the particular requirements of each of the courts in the Toronto area.

Changes and additions to the 2010 edition include:
  • Updated McCarthy Tétrault Guide to the Family Law Courts in Ontario
  • Ontario Regulations 386/09, 6/10, 51/10 and 52/10
  • New rules and subrules, such as rule 35.1: Custody and Access, and introduced new and revised forms 13 (Financial Statement – Support Claims), 13.1 (Financial Statement – Property and Support Claims), 25F (Restraining Order), 25G (Restraining Order on Motion without Notice), 25H (Order Terminating Restraining Order) and 35.1 (Affidavit in Support of Claim for Custody or Access)
