About the author: Sgt. West presently serves as Chairman of the Legislative Change and Enforcement Committee for the Ontario Traffic Conference, is a member of the Ontario Prosecutor's Association and is a liaison for the Ministry of Transportation, specific to Regulatory changes to the Highway Traffic Act. |
